I was inspired to reach for the stars for Muffin Tin Monday. What better way to welcome Monday than with a fun lunch. I will ignore that my littles don't feel very well and only ate a little bit of it. It was the thought that counts, right? They were excited about lunch.. so I had to take the picture fast. They had PB&J stars, Swiss cheese star on a bed of sharp cheddar, strawberry yogurt, apple slices, and gummies left over from Halloween.

On another note, we have a sweet little kitten who we are fostering. I am not sure if it is a boy or girl, but Bunny named it Pickle. Pickle is roughly 2 weeks old and lost her/his Mom a few days ago. My little brother is EMT/Firefighter and his new wife is a nurse at the hospital. There was no way that they could care for them. I have one and one of my Mommy friends was kind enough to foster the other. They both seem to be doing very well.
